  2. The produce department offers different and vast types of vegetables as well as pre-made salad bags for those patients pressed for time. Check for weekly specials at your favorite store to maximize on cost saving for any of these items.
  3. The dairy department is a necessary stop for items such as lowfat and fat free cottage cheese, including heavy cream for those patients who drink coffee, NOT milk!
